LegalLeadsUSA provides a lead generation service that connects licensed attorneys with individuals who have expressed interest in obtaining legal assistance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Lead Quality and Refunds

We review all submissions before making them available for purchase. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any client relationship. Leads are sold as-is. If you believe a lead is clearly fraudulent or invalid, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Exclusivity

Each lead is sold exclusively to one attorney. Once purchased, that lead will not be offered to any other attorney in our network.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased leads with any third party. Leads are for use by the purchasing attorney or their law firm only.

5. Disclaimer

This site is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. LegalLeadsUSA is a marketing and lead generation service. Attorney-client relationships are formed directly between attorneys and the clients they choose to represent.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
